Goldendoodle - The Goldendoodle is a hybrid dog breed created through the selective mating of a Golden Retriever and any size Poodle. Size, coat-type, color, and overall appearance vary greatly for individuals of this breed, and are generally based upon the genetic makeup and size of the chosen parenting Poodle. Goldendoodle litter mates often appear in a wide diversity of color unique from one another; seen with curly, wavy, or straight-haired coat-types in the shade of white, red, black, tan, chocolate, café, and more. The intelligent, easily-trained nature that both the Poodle and Golden Retriever breeds are popularly noted for has provided this hybrid with an inherited, outgoing, and amicable personality of all its own. A well-matched pet for most any home containing children, the Goldendoodle is not only loyal, patient, and keen- but has a playful personality, to match. The smallest of the Goldendoodle stands 13-21” in height at 25-45lbs. once fully mature, while the largest can grow anywhere from 20-24”at 45-85lbs. once grown.
